Advanced Content Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Need a senior profile.
• Advanced Content Analyst - Similar to soft skills like BA who can interact well with stakeholders, gather requirements but translate into solutions, they usually have lighter data skills.
• Supervise conversion and loading of new XML content to online platforms.
• Acquire, convert and load legacy content for online platforms.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Configure and supervise content repository workflows.
• Manage assigned project to completion and meet goals, timeline and budget.
• Handle comprehensive backfile reports and offer custom reports.
• Develop and disseminate project reports.
• Lead and handle regular project meetings.
• Assess and strategize digital assets and platform functions on given projects.
• Handle project schedules, milestones and records for associated groups.
• Deliver content to downstream partners.
• Create content and data targets with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with online product development team to maintain quality deliverables.
• Develop project plans and supervise tasks.
• Coordinate content update and changes within overall product management process.
