Job Description :
Responsiblties:
- Participate in daily intake & scrum calls.
- Maintain assignments on sprint board.
- Content authoring in CMS systems.
- Support daily regression testing of customizations.
- Testing in QA and Production environments.
- Production Support & Troubleshooting.
- Gather business requirements to support customization tools.
- Maintain process documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years as business analyst or digital product experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience configuring & testing customizations on digital applications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Content Author in Contentful.
- Minimum of 1 year experience using Airtable as a homegrown Content Management System.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience generating process documentation and reports.
