Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Identify and document business/functional requirements and workflow. 
• Develop “as-is” and “to-be” process workflow diagrams.
• Plan, prepare and interview stakeholders  to elicit user requirements and desired system functionality.
• Develop wireframes to assist with requirements development, system design and development. 
• Document clear, concise, and unambiguous user requirements and system functionality so that they meet the stakeholder needs. 
• Maintain requirements traceability across the user and functional requirements to the system design and test cases to ensure the implemented functionality meets user requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Biology, Nursing. Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience working on web and/or software development teams using Agile Scrum methodologies, preferably on an enterprise scale.
• Experience interacting with scientific, operational, and managerial staff to capture user requirements.
• Proficient in tools and techniques for capturing and documenting requirements. 
• Experience in clinical research domain areas and their impact on DSMB operations.
