Sr Business Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Interview stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data and analytic deliveries to be actioned by yourself and the team.
• Write Extract-Transform-Load  jobs using sql and Amazon Big Data Technology in order to create fully-automated business metrics and insights.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of business-driven people metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. in order to drive key business decisions
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in the data pipelines and work with appropriate upstream data owners to resolve.
• Review and audit existing team-owned ETL jobs, SQL queries, permission structures and metrics presentation for accuracy and to maintain the highest standard.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to Junior analysts in order to enhance capability and quality of team operations and outputs.
