Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• For GenAI projects, work with business partners and developers to analyze the state of data/content, engineer prompts, test and revise them iteratively.
• Lauch pilot of ML and genAI solutions, working closely with business partners. Collect feedback and enable iterative and rapid improvements with Data Scientists and Developers.
• Support delivery management by helping create business presentations, specifically helping tell a story with data.
• Monitor performance of models in production, identify drift/non-performance, and drive improvement.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role on an Applied AI team. Alternatively, 3 years of experience with progressive movement on Data & Analytics team.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a matrixed organization.
