Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Develop functional specifications and workflows to guide solution development, applying attention to detail and technical writing skills.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, using collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making, requiring proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Python).
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations, showcasing facilitation and presentation skills.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives and timelines, demonstrating time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling techniques, such as BPMN or process mapping.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools and ability to interpret trends and insights.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and their role in business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
