Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing data collection pipelines and develop new ones that optimize data processing efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborates cross functionally to acquire data from main database as well as additional data sources.
• Works closely with business key stakeholders to generate and provide reports based on already developed Python and SQL code
• Automate new reports using Python and/or SQL.
• Assist in correct CRM set up to ensure proper patients care.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Locate and define process improvements opportunities.
• Participates in new system end user testing and validation activities where applicable.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI.

Requirment:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent degree/major required. Years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• 1-2+ years’ experience.
• Proven experience as a data analyst.
• Proficient Excel knowledge.
• Python for data analysis and/or SQL knowledge.
• Nice to have Salesforce data model & reports knowledge.
• Nice to have experience with Snowflake.
• Nice to have experience in post market surveillance and/or complaint trending.
