Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair technology equipment and technical issues throughout the building.
- Maintain hardware inventory and tracking systems, including periodic reporting.
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service as the first contact to staff and students for technical issues.
- Model deep connection and belief in Aug Prep’s North Star, mission, and four pillars.
- Provide and demonstrate clear vision, leadership, direction, and energy to the entire Aug Prep staff as it relates to technology used at Aug Prep.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of business practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
