Program Manager

Responsiblties:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and its staff.
• Professionally manages relationships with staff, participants, and partners.
• Understands and implements policies and procedures.
• Prioritizes work, manages multiple projects, and maintains confidentiality.
• Efficiently enters and manages data; performs record keeping as needed.

Requirment:

• Family Development certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with vulnerable populations and government programs.
• Organized, attention to detail, and punctual.
• Self-directed, works independently.
• Effectively communicates orally and excels in written communications.
• General office technology and Microsoft applications.

Key Skills:

• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
