Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to DRSN systems.
Prepare and present reports, status updates, and project documentation to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline. Alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of DRSN professionals and overseeing the daily operation of a complex DRSN system.
At least 7 years of work experience working on complex DRSN systems and peripheral equipment.
Proven track record of at least 5 years as a Program or Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
In-depth understanding of DRSN systems, network protocols, and peripheral equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
