Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and audit datasets and Power BI dashboards based on requirements.
• Collaborate with partners, and internal and external stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize product enhancements with a focus on valuable business outcomes.
• Lead required training & advocacy for all stakeholders and industry partners.
• Aid in the creation of training/support materials with learning, leadership, and sales team.
• Partner with IT architects and engineers counterparts to design and maintain scalable/stable infrastructure that enable consistent iterative improvements.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence and/or information management.
• Ability to translate Business requirements to Technology requirements and vice versa.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross-functional workstreams and projects to completion, under budget and on schedule.
