Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage project personnel, schedules, work assignments, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant DoD, and industry standards, guidelines, and policies.
  • Customer Engagement and Reporting: Support customers in developing strategies and concepts in alignment with their mission, vision, and direction. Generate and ensure timely submission of all required reports, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports, and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and financial health.
  • Proposal Support: Assists in proposal capture and development activities.

 Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
  • Minimum of fifteen years of technical experience in support of programs/projects, including equipment support, system support, and programmatic support.
  • At least eight years of program management experience, including technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
