Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, and dashboards, to provide actionable insights.
• Use Zapier to automate workflows and integrate Salesforce with other technology applications, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
• Identify and deploy enhancements within Salesforce to improve process efficiency and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address sales and marketing requirements through Salesforce and AI technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce to maintain system performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with Salesforce.
• Proven experience in Salesforce database management, optimization, and automation.
• Familiarity with AI technology applications and their integration within CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
