Job Description :

Having experience of Scrum Master.

Should have good communication skill.

Experience required: 6-7years

 

JD: 6+ years experience in the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum practices required. •Advanced knowledge and understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile techniques such as user stories, relative estimation, velocity, burndowns, etc. •Demonstrated knowledge of coaching development teams in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood. •Demonstrated knowledge of large program/project management and scaled Agile methodologies preferred. •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with technical and non-technical audiences is required. •Knowledge of Agile frameworks and techniques such as XP, Kanban, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc. is preferred. •Proficiency in Jira, or similar tool. •Scrum Master Certification. •Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency required. •Bachelors Degree in Technical field or equivalent work experience.

 

role: The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and guiding development teams in Agile values and frameworks. This position will play a key role in the planning and ongoing improvement of Scrum practices in the organization. Accountabilities: •Coaches development team(s) and stakeholders to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules and values. •Facilitates Scrum ceremonies effectively, on cadence, while ensuring team participation (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Planning). •Guides the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality. •Helps improve the team’s software development and delivery through a deliberate focus on continuous improvement and learning culture. •Helps team identify and manage cross-functional project interdependencies. •Measures, evaluates and communicate team metrics. •Works with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum in the organization. •Acts as a servant-leader to remove impediments and protect the team from outside interruptions. •Assists project manager(s) when needed to ensure successful project delivery. •Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
