Job Description :

Job Title: Scrum Master – Agile Catalyst & Team Coach

Location: Remote
Department: Product & Technology
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We’re seeking a purpose-driven Scrum Master who thrives on unlocking the full potential of cross-functional teams. In this role, you won’t just “run ceremonies” — you’ll be the heartbeat of agile transformation, guiding teams to become more adaptive, transparent, and high-performing. Your leadership will be grounded in servant leadership, sharp facilitation, and a deep understanding of the agile mindset.

What You'll Do:

  • Coach and Mentor: Empower teams and individuals to adopt agile principles, not just practices. Act as a coach, not a boss.

  • Facilitate, Don’t Dictate: Lead sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) with creativity and purpose — no cookie-cutter meetings.

  • Team Enabler: Identify and remove blockers, foster psychological safety, and create an environment where continuous improvement is embedded in daily work.

  • Agile Evangelist: Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Stakeholders to champion agile thinking across the organization.

  • Data-Informed Decisions: Use metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cycle times to guide retrospectives and drive improvements, not micromanagement.

  • Organizational Agility: Work across teams to identify systemic impediments and recommend scalable agile practices in alignment with company goals.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software or digital product environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent — a plus, not a dealbreaker.

  • Proven ability to coach diverse teams and manage interpersonal dynamics.

  • Passion for continuous learning, with curiosity about Agile scaling, Lean thinking, and DevOps culture.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a scaled agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model).

  • Background in product development, QA, or engineering is a bonus.

  • Exposure to agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).

Why Join Us?
We're not looking for someone to “keep the trains running.” We want a change agent who’s passionate about people, process, and performance. At [Company Name], you'll have the freedom to experiment, the support to grow, and the platform to make a lasting impact.
