Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Perform deep-dive analysis into specific KPIs to understand the underlying key drivers.
Collaborate on data and reporting requirements to guide the development of a data environment that enables analytics and reporting of the digital customer journey and sales funnel performance.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
Ensure consistency, integrity and reliability in data, metrics, analytics, and insights.
Engage with the Client Strategy team to optimize e-commerce site, sales channel performance, revenue generation and retention performance.
Provide insight into business and industry trends and identify opportunity/risk areas.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development.
Proficient in utilizing statistical computer languages to manipulate data and derive meaningful insights from extensive datasets.
Skilled in working with and designing data architectures.
Comprehensive understanding of various machine learning techniques and their practical advantages and limitations.
Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and concepts along with practical experience in their implementation.
5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, modeling or similar experience.
