Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Provide 5-star support to clients while maintaining excellent feedback.
- Investigate and resolve a wide array of technical issues and requests.
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to any incidents such as outages.
- Manage internal and client servers - provisioning, updates, audits, etc.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Support or Systems Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux - primarily CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian.
- Experience with web technologies such as Apache, MySQL, and PHP.
- Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts with other team members.
