UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• ● Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other Designers to advocate for the user and ship high-quality products.
• ● Participating in user-centered exercises to build empathy for users, and assist in defining product scope.
• ● Create simple, elegant cross-platform solutions to complex interaction problems that empower our users.
• ● Developing wireframes to help socialize ideas internally.
• ● Create and communicate with purpose, supporting your ideas and design choices.
• ● Building high-fidelity prototypes for user-testing and delivery to engineering teams.
• ● Practice responsible design,
• ● Be a leader, setting examples for others and teaching them.

Qualifications:

•  1-4 years in UI/UX, interaction, or product design, with a solid visual portfolio.
•  A strong, empathetic mentor on projects who inspires and encourages their team members to deliver the highest quality work.
•  Demonstrated high understanding of common design tools Bonus points for front end development, animation or motion experience skills.
•  Have working knowledge of web & mobile technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
•  Effective time management skills to balance project schedules with fast-paced deadlines.
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully articulate design concepts and intent to your team and partners.
