UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• UX design on a critical workstream in which you will partner with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, participate in user studies, create UI visual designs, and support design transfer to SW.
• Partner with the rest of the experience design team on a range of design initiatives supporting the broader Ottava ecosystem.
• Explore and conceptualize onboarding and learning strategies to improve users’ end-to-end experience with the system.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to a variety of internal stakeholders.
• Create production ready assets for SW implementation, communicate with software engineers to help overcome implementation challenges and support alternative solutions when needed.

Qualifications:

• Design degree with minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, UX architect, or similar.
• High level of proficiency with digital design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Principle, Adobe Creative Suite  and others.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience across all phases of product development. We are interested in seeing both your process and design outputs.
