Responsibilities:

Develop new backend that integrates with external applications via RESTful APIs Design overall architecture of the web application. Build unit tests, debug integration issues and deploy emergency patches as needed Focus on automation and continuous delivery (TDD) Contribute in technical capacity across different work streams Build production-quality enterprise grade systems that achieve target SLAs for scalability, reliability, and performance on schedule. Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications. Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features. Maintain code integrity and organization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of expert proficiency in Javascript, NodeJS
• Expert in RESTful service development
• Expert JavaScript Fundamentals + ECMA Script 6 (ES6) is a must
• Expert JEST or other Java Script test framework experience
• Experienced in OAuth 2.0, AWS API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB
• TDD, Agile, CI/CD
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Practical experience with contemporary web services design and architecture
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
• Experience with OAuth or OpenId Connect authentication and authorization protocols
• Experience with Git, Atlassian stack
• Familiar with automated unit, integration, and performance testing frameworks
