Design and Development on Appian BPM platform, and integration with databases and other web services. Lead and collaborate with Appian team members and stakeholders for various design and development activities for re-design of the application Work towards converting business use case into implementation designs Development & Implementations of the Appian process models with Appian records, reports Provide high-quality technical support for the suite of applications, and services, to achieve the delivery of agreed levels of services Responsible for providing technical guidance, create projects plans and execute against them on the team’s deliverables Interact with business users on daily basis to understand the enhancements required in the system and transformation of those into technical terms Assume responsibility for difficult programming tasks by assuming a leadership role and help in creating/updating standard operating procedure (SOP) document Work towards converting business use case into implementation designs as per best practice and standard operating procedure (SOP) document Development of new/enhancement features and integration with .NET enterprise services to support the business needs as documented in user stories/requirement Work on integrating the Appian solution with external systems via REST, SOAP, LDAP or other relevant integration method as per business/system needs Perform unit testing, support system integration testing and User Acceptance testing as needed Review and provide quality enhancement suggestions of process design for performance improvements Identification and removal of any blockers by performing in flight modifications of process instances if required Perform or provide support in deployment activities as needed
