Your Role and Responsibilities

Event monitoring review alerts, raise incidents, monitor alerts/thresholds/trend analysis, maintain operational procedures. Incident management, Problem management, Change management. Continuous Improvement Review and provide recommendations. vRealize Suite Solution Support: Management Application Incident identification. Environment Security, Capacity and Health auditing. VMware vRealize Automation, Orchestrator & Operations Manager incident remediation. Coordinate and Support Software and code upgrades on vRealize suite. Create/Modify/Remove Build profiles, Cost profiles, Machine prefixes, Property Dictionary, Reservations, Reservation policies, user and group roles, custom groups, tenant branding, entitlements Modify/Remove existing published machine blueprints. Modify/Remove XAAS blueprints. Create/Modify/Remove business groupspecific catalog items and entitlements. vRealize Automation Operational Support: Machine Deployment incident identification and remediation. Machine Guest Executable Software Deployment incident identification and remediation. Machine Deployment Day 2 Operations incident identification and remediation. Client and Management Portal incident identification and remediation. Workflow incident identification and remediation. Third Party Integration incident identification and remediation. Create/Modify/Remove Custom dashboards, What-if Capacity Project Plans, Custom Reports, Alerts and Notifications, Policies, Super Metrics & Objects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

In alignment with IT Strategy of Modernization Infrastructure to enhance Customer Experience, improve velocity, agility and transform to IT as a Service model, the Orchestration and Automation team will also enable the customer to build additional services. Using VMware vRealize suite Automate delivery of personalized infrastructure, applications and custom IT services. Automated installation, configuration, upgrade, patch, drift remediation, health, and content management of vRealize products. Self-driving Operations from applications to infrastructure, using AI / machine learning (ML) based performance and capacity optimization.

QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate
