Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement new IT projects across the organization.
• Ability to create a prototype, validate and launch new applications.
• Manage all networking equipment - firewall, router, AP's, etc.
• Analyze/troubleshoot all levels of desktop, application, and network issues.
• Configure and deploy Mac workstations for the office.
• Administrator all organization applications like JIRA, Confluence, FreshDesk, Google Apps, O365, etc.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Key Skills:

• Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration.
• Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.
• Ability to learn and master employer-specific software.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
