Responsibilities:

• Timely and effective execution of daily aligned work.
• Non-Voice and non-technical back-end job.
• Identify and escalate priority issues and manage to work on large content.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
• Reviewing processes which could be enhanced to improve the customer experience.
