Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

• The position will be responsible for performing the following activities.
• Collecting data from all Monitoring and Supervisory controls.
• Create framework to manage and maintain standard metrics for controls.
• Conducting routine and ad-hoc reviews of employee e-communications which may include, emails, chats, voice recordings etc.
• Analysis of e-communications to identify unusual activity and potential compliance or misconduct issues.
• Document reviews and outcomes to ensure complete and accurate audit trail.
• Interfacing with relevant stakeholders to review and escalate potential compliance issues and tracking through closure.
