Associate Data Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Build data pipelines to acquire, load, and cleanse data sets and prep them for analytical use.
• Knowledge of quantitative analysis to understand and communicate the value of a data asset and how it can be used to create meaningful insights.
• Develop analytical models that expose opportunities related to the trading market.
• Develop and support systems to analyze and react to incoming data in real time and create tools for advanced mathematical modeling.
• Build and support automated ETL pipelines to support rapid but controlled transition from research to live trading.
• Develop analytical libraries and tools leveraging both open source and proprietary numerical software packages.

Key Skills:

• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
