Associate Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide management with performance impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.
• Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to identify & validate data requirements.
• Collect, input, verify and analyze data to measure key performance to identify operational improvements & opportunities
• Build and manage dashboards for North America Application Sales Applications Unlimited  team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.
• Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

Experience:

• Prior background in a SaaS environment preferred.
• 2 plus years relevant work experience, with deep understanding of North America Applications Sales processes and experience working with Sales professionals.
• 1+ year for prior analytics experience
• Experience creating and managing dashboards using Excel and other analytics tools.
• Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet and other analytic tools and solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud, SQL, Oracle SI-DV Subject Areas, APEX is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.
• Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.
