Associate Java Developer

Responsibilities:

•  
• Use firm resources to learn and improve understanding of Workday, Leapwork and other technology platforms.
• Ability to think logically and solve complex client technical requirements and translate into simple language.
• Provide new solutions through the modification and implementation of existing software tools and platforms as well as contribute to the development novel solutions.
• Troubleshoot problems by finding their root cause in the system and recommending solutions.
• Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management.
• Gather and create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle.
• Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across new Workday releases.
