Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop an operating model for measuring and monitoring data quality of the assigned domains
• Partner with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to perform root cause analysis of issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Perform hands on Data/Business Analysis and work with assigned squad and the engineering team to ensure solutions are modern, efficient and meet the business goals
• Develop materials and deliver educational sessions to business and operations teams on data stewardship and best practices for master data management
• Performs ad-hoc data/process analyses, presentations, and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field.
• 8+ years industry experience in data management
• Technical understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, with implementation and support experience.
• Proficiency with SQL query writing in a modern relational database environment.
• Analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
