Backend Developer

Requirement:

• Solid understanding of the Laravel framework and libraries frontend and backend best practices. Design and develop efficient, secure, and scalable web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring exceptional performance.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
• A strong background in PHP with experience in multiple other languages.
• Experience working with third-party APIs, pulling data from FTP. Familiarity with EDI a plus.
• A deep understanding of SQL databases and writing complex SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Solid understanding of Linux based environments.
• Understanding of medium to large scale back-end infrastructures.
• Familiar with working in Agile environments with Agile/Scrum Concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain back-end systems in multiple coding languages.
• Collaborate with project managers, DevOps, and other developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Participate in the agile development processes, attending stand-up meetings and providing progress updates.
• Work with infrastructure teams on building new back-end processes and third-party integrations.
• Build UI components for managing and observing internal processes.
• Work with fellow team members on developing innovative solutions, sharing software design concepts, exploring new technologies, and defining internal best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve application architecture, development processes, and tools.
