BI Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for reports in SAP Business Objects and Crystal Reports.
• Develop and document business requirements for new data sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze business requirements to determine the most advantageous reporting solution.
• Develop and unit test new reports and dashboards in PowerBI based on business and technical requirements.
• Design innovative and intuitive visualizations of data to enhance the value of data sets for WAPA staff.
• Support development and maintenance of system documentation and training materials/guides.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and developing reports within SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports.
• Experience working with Power BI or another similar Business Intelligence tool is preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrate quantitative and critical thinking skills in the areas of finance, accounting, general business, supply chain, and/or a technology background.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
