Bi Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert on datasets, reporting tools and analytical solutions.
• Develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions from concept to deployment.
• Identify more accurate ways of reporting, analyzing and communicating information and insights.
• Partner with area managers to translate business requirements into reporting deliverables.
• Sustain support for the portfolio of analytical solutions in production.
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate change management efforts and drive adoption of report and dashboard solutions.
• Stay up to date with reporting tool updates and features to maintain best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of analytical experience creating reports, dashboards, and transforming large amounts of data into actionable intelligence to drive business decisions.
• Advanced experience working with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
• Organized and creative thinker, practical problem solver, with the ability to build relationships.
