Business Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams from all domains throughout the life cycle of solution delivery.
• Lead small to medium complexity departmental and enterprise-wide projects to support departmental initiatives.
• Comfortable facilitating discovery sessions or training to gain insights into end user and customer needs.
• Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately.
• Act on behalf of the business partner as a subject matter expert to ensure product/service performance supports business process needs
• Stay up to date on the trends, processes, and IT advancements to automate, modernize and optimize systems
• Drive innovation with customers, peers and vendors to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Creation of documentation of requirements, use cases, and SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/computer science or related field.
• 5 years of relevant business analyst experience.
• Strong experience with MS Business Central – Sales, Inventory, Distribution & Finance modules.
• Experience with SQL queries.
• Experience with Agile and other system development lifecycle and methodologies.
