Business Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collect and document of business requirements for processes related to investment management, finance and financial transactions through stakeholder interviews and value stream mapping techniques.
• Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
• Create process documentation/workflows using BPMN in Visio for users to understand process flows.
• Document business activities and rules applicable to process steps, calling out exceptions and constraints as applicable.
• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results.

 Experience:

• Experience of 5+ years working as a business analyst.
• Experience in Business Process modelling, requirements documentation and process.
• Preferred experience in the industry with Investment Management and Fund Administration processes.
• Motivated self-starter who can work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication, listening and writing skills.
