Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities to deliver IT solutions to support environmental management.
• Track action items and complete work assignments.
• Perform requirements analysis and develop functional requirement documents.
• Provide input to the system design, database design, and develop system design documents.
• Develop software reports using SSRS or Crystal Reports.
• Develop and maintain user and system documentation.
• Perform system testing to ensure meeting the system design.
• Deliver user training and provide technical support.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS with demonstrated experiences in working with relational database.
• Good meeting facilitation, presentation, and writing/oral communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills; ability to analyze problems, evaluate options, and recommend solutions.
• Experience in SQL Server and understanding of relational database.
