Business Analyst

Job Description :Designation: Business Analyst   Requirement: Experience in a related role in a technical environment. Proven SQL skills and familiarity. Previous experience as a member of an Agile Scrum team. Ability to bring together and clearly document software requirements. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Communication skills (representational, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and at all levels).   Responsibilities and Duties Prioritize requirements, engage in business analysis activities and create specifications to be used by development teams. Work alongside product management to translate their vision into documents and wire frames. Recommend improvements and new features for desktop and mobile applications. Define functional requirements for entitlement system (user creation and billing workflows). Liaise with development and QA teams to deliver new features and resolve issues. Identify and communicate project risks and issues. Collaborate with target market representatives, customers and partners to create powerful and compelling solutions for the marketplace. Works to mitigate risk while leading tasks, resources, and changes. Familiar with BRD & FRD. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and discernment to plan and accomplish goals.   Qualifications and Skills Bachelors or master’s in Business Administration or BA in CS/IT , Information Systems, business Intelligence, or Business Logistics. Non-IT students can also apply if they are willing to go and work as a business analyst.
