Responsibilities-

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.

- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

- Possess a solid understanding of technology trends and capabilities.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

- Working closely with clients and the development team.

- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

- Performing user acceptance testing.

- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

- Managing competing resources and priorities.

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications-

- 7-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role, preferably in the railway industry.

- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools in the industry.
