Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Understands the fundamentals of clinical research processes, including protocols, informed consent, data collection, adverse event reporting, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Well-versed in the operations of a DSMB, including their role in ensuring objective review of patient safety, reviewing interim data, making recommendations, and maintaining study integrity. 
  • Identify and document business/functional requirements and workflow.
  • Develop wireframes to assist with requirements development, system design and development.
  • Document clear, concise, and unambiguous user requirements and system functionality so that they meet the stakeholder needs.
  • Maintain requirements traceability across the user and functional requirements to the system design and test cases to ensure the implemented functionality meets user requirements.
  • Assist Product Owner with ongoing deliverables to the customer such as status reports, presentations, and other communications as required
  • Communicate and clarify requirements to development team.
  • Maintain backlog of requirements, change requests, and bugs.
  • Prepare training materials and train/support end users on system functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Biology, Nursing. Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience 
  • 5 years’ experience working on web and/or software development teams using Agile Scrum methodologies, preferably on an enterprise scale 
  • 5 years’ experience conducting and leading interviews to gather and validate requirements.
  • Excellent communications skills to facilitate knowledge acquisition, requirements development, and business modeling 
  • Ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between the development team and the client personnel. 
  • Experience interacting with scientific, operational, and managerial staff to capture user requirements.
  • Proficient in tools and techniques for capturing and documenting requirements.
