Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop a sound knowledge of assigned systems and understand the impact of any agreed changes.
• Liaise with business managers and users to understand, document and prioritise business requirements.
• Review and document business processes and propose changes which improve business performance.
• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from business on the specifications.
• Provide the link between the business, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the project lifecycle;
• Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts.
• Provide end user training on systems being implemented.
• Provide weekly updates to project managers detailing progress against milestones, status updates, issues, risks.
