Business Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Work with testing team to develop and maintain functional test cases/scenarios and automated test scripts for load and regression testing.
• Provide thorough acceptance criteria for all application requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Review and facilitate remediation of defects resulting from regression and load testing.
• Document and assign defects resulting from functional, regression and load testing.
• Verify production changes and coordinate with business units effected.
• Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of supported business area.
• Analyze business problems and recommend improvements and/or solutions.
• Participate in the interview process of prospective candidates and give hiring recommendations.
• Lead the other Business Analyst, provide guidance and problem resolution.
