Business Analyst

In this Role:

• You will collaborate with various technical teams and business users to understand business needs.
• Work with global teams to gather and document requirements based on business objectives.
• Perform analysis to understand data and existing business processes and the impact to existing business.
• Analyze the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
• Identifying any problems with the current business model
• Designing potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase
• Preparing and delivering a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
• Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements  

You will need:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience with creating BRD and FRDs a must
• Ability to engage multiple teams across different functional areas to understand different points of view and drive analysis to clear business requirements
• Excellent research and analytic skills
• Working knowledge of relevant business management principles
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches
• Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications
• Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
• Identify the goals and requirements of each project
• Maintain current knowledge on the legislation applicable to each project
