Business Analyst

Looking for a Junior Business Analyst who can document requirements, and act like a scribe in facilitated meetings. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and documentation skills, who can efficiently handle emails/ spreadsheets with ease.

• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies like Agile and waterfall.
• Basic understanding of UML, Process flow, Flowcharts.
• Ability to maintain clear communication between stakeholder and development teams
• Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into plain English
• Should have strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Should be able to conduct meetings and facilitate requirement workshops
• Should have good understanding of SQL basic concepts.

Mandatory Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in any IT areas.
• Excellent documentation skills.
