Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Manager of PMO, the Business Analyst is responsible for business requirements gathering, developing, and executing test plans, providing support for business user acceptance testing and project implementation. The Business Analyst will be involved in all phases of a project lifecycle.
• The Business Analyst role works closely with Project Management, Business stakeholders and Information technology stakeholders to provide business requirements services to support delivery of projects on agreed schedule and budget.
• The work location for this role is flexible if approved by UniGroup except this position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports the Manager of PMO to deliver business projects and initiatives on time and within budget by understanding the business need and responding with the necessary business, systems, and data requirements analysis.
• Performs detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, and assist with implementation
• Participates in project estimation process.
• Develop solid test plans to ensure project quality.
• Develops test scripts in collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Provides on-going support for Business and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Experience:

• 3-5 years in a business analyst role.
• Experience utilizing modelling tools MS Visio, Lucid Chart preferred.
