Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project profitability throughout the project lifecycle, and provide findings to project management team.
• Assist project management team with change order management process.
• Act as a liaison between other departments and the project team to fulfill project needs.
• Process information within specific timeframes in order to maintain efficiency and timeliness.
• Manage workflows to lead and organize all project specific data and attribution to ensure consistent, complete, on-time, and accurate project completion.
• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects.
• Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform project evaluations for document control, scheduling, and compliance.
• Coordinate document control with project accountants.
• Ability to schedule projects using Microsoft Project, or willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
