Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, systems and people and strategize on business organizational change.
• Oversee internal validation of system functionality.
• Lead project kick-off strategy sessions and document resulting product backlog, business scenarios, visual modeling, and workflows.
• Develop wireframes and screen mock-ups to support business processes and requirements.
• Translate client business needs into detailed business requirement documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
• Help establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and any subsequent documentation preparations independently.
• Formulate the solution’s business processes, guides, and training materials.
• Be the voice of the project by leading internal team discussions, end user presentations and training sessions.
• Be the conduit for driving the vision of user acceptance testing and managing bugs and enhancements.
• Develop use cases for user acceptance testing.
