Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Computer Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst on a BI team or complex BI initiative working closely with business stakeholders.
• Data mining experience a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: Ability to understand formulas and aggregations from any Excel source
• Strong knowledge with Power Pivot, PowerBI, Qlik and QlikView solutions
• Incredible attention to accuracy: You think of data validation as every record or field is matching 100% accurate with existing sources or reports
• Knowledge about Performance Management and / or Statistic techniques
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management in a clear and professional manner, verbally and written in English
• Must be willing to accept and influence a fast pace of organization change and able to empower and motivate others in a fast-paced environment
• International business experiences a plus
