Job Description :Role: Business System Analyst ( 3 - Position) Location: Des Moines, IA                                                              Position Type: Full time   Job Description:- Must have skills* • Supports medium to large sized projects encompassing multiple business areas and data domains. • Works with Project Management Office to integrate data requirements process into SDLC. • Acquires subject area expertise in various source data domains and provides consulting inputs/direction to downstream consumers. • Analyzes the ETL code to extract data mapping details and upload to metadata management tool to establish data lineage traceability. • Applies data analysis and presentation skills to interface with business and technology stakeholders to understand data provisioning and reporting needs. • Collaborates with data modelers for effective governance of the data architecture per established guidelines. • Continually increases business acumen. • Develops and maintains a data backlog across projects and communicates with other project teams when dependencies are identified. • Embraces collaborative and Agile partnerships with development teams and assist others in recognizing the need for change. • Employs techniques to create data and reporting requirements (artifacts). • Engages in data profiling activities to identify any data quality issues. • Partners with Quality Assurance (QA) to identify and document data mappings, develop traceability matrices and assists with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Performs analysis of reporting and data interface use cases and provides project specifications. Gathers data for such use cases, makes recommendations for solution architecture and technical design. • Supports data gathering for the business case and cost benefit analysis documents. Good to have skills* Data architecture, data profiling, data duality governance, Python, ETL, MS Office project, MS SQL.   2 - Job title- Business Analyst ( 5 - Positions) Location-Minneapolis, MN Duration-Full Time Permanent Position  Job Description- Experience (Years):6-8 Desirable Skills:Domain knowledge in Banking, preferably mortgage banking. Experience and expertise on documentation and creation of system flow diagrams and reports.(BFS : Business Analysis in BFS domain, Communication, Economics and Finance for Utilities) Responsibilities: •Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. •Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. •Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications. •Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. •Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget. •Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. •Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. •Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. •Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. •Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making. •Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports. •Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes. •Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
