Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• You will leverage your traditional Agile BA expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, detailed documentation, and process mapping to ensure a clear and achievable product roadmap.
•  Business Analyst will partner closely with developers, tech leads, and QAs throughout the iterative development process; This includes collaborating on user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and facilitating effective communication across all levels.
• Emphasis on upfront requirements gathering: We are seeking a proactive BA who thrives in gathering comprehensive requirements early in the project lifecycle; This ensures a clear understanding of client needs and minimizes rework throughout development.
•  As a Business Analyst, you will develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and system flowcharts.

Requirment:

• Minimum 3 years of experience partnering with developers to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proven experience joining an enterprise organization in a BA capacity and quickly adapting to new environments and internal processes.
•  Demonstrated success in requirements gathering techniques, including user interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
•  Proficiency in requirements management tools  is a plus.
