Business Analyst

Position Overview:

• Generating, creating, and issuing reports regarding sales, administration, and operations for DH Pace locations throughout the country
• Call audits/tracking
• Surveys
• Perform administrative and office support activities for the department/division.
• Collaborate with Area Management, Regional Management, and other Sr. Leaders regarding initiatives
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred and two (2) to four (4) years administrative office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Computer proficient
• Successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer relation skills and high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Experience/Proficiency with ERP systems, SharePoint, Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data sorting, etc) is a must!
