Key job responsibilities

Standardize and optimize the processes across various amazon programs and help the business grow Identify, Establish and maintain metrics for across various programs in RBS selection sourcing org. Execute tasks geared towards enriching selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers Identifies gaps and drives improvement/ optimization initiatives that work toward a metric improvement within processes/functions at site level Develops processes or tool components with documented SOPs for activities undertaken by the function Audits completed tasks to verify sustained impact . Partners with Retail teams to validate impact Drives continuous improvement and contributes to COE(Correction of Error)process by documenting any issues/RCAs/action planning in functional area and owns specific action or change Work with internal Amazon teams to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience Support the launches of new Marketplaces, sub-programs and features . Need to be hands on with tech tools such as SQL/ETL/Python/VBA/Java etc. . Having BI skills in setting/maintaining up of dashboards would be preferred . Soft skill: practice and cultivate innovation, optimize work processes, have strategic mind set, financial acumen and nimble learning, manage complexity and have situational adaptability.
